Job Overview
We are seeking a talented Unity 2D Developer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in developing engaging 2D games and interactive applications using Unity, with a focus on smooth gameplay, optimization, and creative problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain 2D games and interactive experiences using Unity.
- Implement game mechanics, UI elements, animations, and effects.
- Collaborate with designers, artists, and other developers to deliver polished final products.
- Optimize game performance for web platforms to ensure smooth and responsive gameplay.
- Debug and fix issues to ensure smooth gameplay.
- Integrate sound, visual assets, and animations into the game engine.
- Maintain clear and organized project structures.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience as a Unity 2D Developer with a strong portfolio of released games or projects.
- Proficiency in C# scripting and Unity’s 2D tools (Sprite Renderer, Animator, Tilemap, etc.).
- Knowledge of game physics, animation systems, and asset integration.
- Experience with web deployment, with at least one successfully released WebGL build.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
